How to play order

1.    Send our samples in store or make samples for you according to your original sample/drawing with detail information (fabric, measurements, color, logo, workmanship, etc.);
2.    Confirm the sample after you received. Unapproved sample will be required modification until you confirm;
3.    make quotation and confirm other related information such as payment, packaging, delivery terms, etc;
4.    place order;
5.    open L/C or arrange deposit;
6.    Send fabric swatch to test;
7.    Make bulk production after PP sample confirmed;
8.    Arrange test and shipment;
9.    Clear payment.

Q1. Can you do the design for us?
Yes and your own designs/sketches/pictures are welcomed. OEM & ODM are both welcome.

Q2. What kind of techniques are you good at?
Beading, embroidery, printing, garment dyed, etc.  

Q3: Can you help to make my trimming on the jeans?
Yes, because we accept OEM and ODM service, it is our pleasure to make your buttons, rivets, labels hangtags and so on.

Q4.  How about samples?
We do offer samples before making any production so that the production in exact compliance of the buyer’s expectation. Samples can be delivered within 3-7days after you make the payment.  Beside, samples fee will be refund if your formal order is large than 500pcs per color and per style.

Q5: How many days for samples and mass production?
It takes about 3~7 after receipt of finalized artwork/original samples to make samples and 20-45 days after PP sample confirmed for mass production.

Q6: What is your payment term?
In our company financial system, we usually accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, etc.
